Products and terms for US ribbon award makers.       

The ribbon, products and working terms found on the main pages of our web are designed for EU and UK makers. In Europe our products are made from woven edge satin ribbon.

For US makers we offer bespoke rosette head components using  embossed edge satin ribbon, color matched (if necessary) and made to the ribbon width and rosette head diameter required for seamless integration into your own production line and capacity.

In North America we sell embossed edge satin ribbon components, and products exclusively to bona fide ribbon and ribbon award manufacturers.

We welcome your influence and offer iron clad loyalty.

We are very receptive and open to the influence of North American manufacturers; please give us your support we will reward it with loyalty.

Stock Ribbon Colors (2007).

We have 7 stock colors and will be adding more new colors over time.

We can also Color Match to your own particular color requirements.

Our stock colors are available in 5 widths of: 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 1-5/8", and 2".

Minimum quantity.

We have no minimum order quantity if colors are chosen from our stock range, but orders below 3000 USD attract a 200 USD surcharge.

If you require other colors then we can match to your existing ribbon color but there is a minimum order equivalent to 20,000 yards of ribbon usage per custom color for the first order only.

Sampling.

We are very happy to provide rosette head samples made to your size specifications, together with color match swatches based on your original ribbon sample colors.

We will produce your sample request free of charge, but do require your FedEx or other international courier account number for sending on collect basis or payment of courier charges in advance by TT (wire transfer) or through the PayPal system.

We have an experienced, professional, export trade and customer service department working closely with you to advise and assist in your purchase from the first inquiry through until the goods are delivered to your door.

In addition we are able to recommend a solid US Logistics partner who can efficiently handle your import processing and inland transportation needs if required.

Quality.

Quality Assurance

All our products pass through 5 layers of in house quality control.

We will send high quality digital photographs of your order by email after production is finished but before you make the balance payment so that you can be sure there are no mistakes and that the quality is fine.

Quality Guarantee

Our aim is for 100% client satisfaction so we offer One for One replacement of any defective items – even if the defect was not noticed by you in the quality assurance photos, We are always ultimately responsible for the quality workmanship of every rosette made by us – period!

Payment Terms.

We offer two payment term options as below.

A. 30% deposit with balance payable after receipt of our detailed inspection photographs, or your own inspection, upon completion of the production but before shipment.

B. 50% deposit with the balance payable after receipt of our faxed copy of the ocean bill of lading* stating that the goods have been shipped clean on board.

* The ‘bill of lading’ is the document that proves the goods have been loaded onto the vessel and is in effect the title deed of the consignment; it will be sent to you by courier immediately after the outstanding balance payment is received by us. This original document will then be used by you or your nominated import agent to clear the goods through US customs.

We accept payments via Telegraphic (wire) transfer.

Packaging.

One or two tier rosettes are normally packed 100 pieces per clean inner box with poly bag lining and content labeling on the upper lid. Multiple inner boxes are packed into a double strapped, strong export carton with content and shipping marks printed on 4 faces. The exact quantity of products in an inner box and export carton are determined by the size and shape of the item. Ribbon will be bulk packed in clean poly bags and strong export cartons.

What do I do next?

1) Tell us the total diameter and ribbon width measurements of any rosette heads and let us prepare the samples to those requirements for your further testing.

2) Send to us 1 yard of any color ribbon that you currently use and we will prepare color matched swatches for your approval to send together with any samples that you request.
