The concept of our rosette head components is that they can be integrated into your current product construction whilst finishing with printed tails made in the usuall way, using your normal acetate ribbon which still presents a slightly superior hand and drape for tails.

If the components are used in this way, then with a little imagination, beautiful items can be produced whilst achieving substantial cost reductions at the same time.

Flat Ribbons.

We are able to supply specially stiffened embossed edge satin for use in the production of printed flat ribbons. Please inquire below for further details.

Cutting our Ribbon.

Our ribbon is made of polyester yarn and so requires a higher cutting pressure and the use of a hard “make ready”. It will cut fine on quality North American hot stamping machines.
